Class Description

• We will expand our knowledge about math together!
• We will help prepare for the Math Kangaroo competition!
• We will teach classes about various subjects!
• We will provide free practice problems and homework!
• We will provide a free practice worksheet every week after the class until the contest!

Targeted Grade: 1 – 4

Class A: Grade 1 – Grade 2

Class B: Grade 3 – Grade 4

Price: 

• Regular Price: $120 / 7 classes
• Member Price: $80 / 7 classes (for the students who registered Math Kangaroo Competition in our testing center)

Note:

1. The online instruction will be sent out after booking.
2. All registration is not refundable.
3. No makeups will be provided. The recording will be provided on demand if you missed any class.
4. Math Kangaroo 2023 registration is not required for booking this class, the class is also good for students who like to learn more word problem solving skills.

Coach Dedian:

Dedian, graduated from Institute of Mathematics, Fudan University and USC Viterbi School of Engineering in Computer Science. He is passionate about kids math education (such as hosting Math Kangaroo Training Camp for kids who love math) and volunteering to coach kids who participate I.C.E.A. Incubator for Kids programs.

Teacher Felix:

Felix is a current 6th grader from Turning Point School. He has been teaching Math Kangaroo Training Camp since 2021. He has instructed more than 60 kids in math and more than 10 students got national winner awards. He is also the founder of weekly free program GlobalAirlearning.org to help other kids to speak in public. He received 2023 AMC 8 Math Competition Honor Roll of Distinction with a perfect score.

Teacher Assistant Miana:

Miana is a current 3rd grader from Farragut Elementary School. She was 1st place national winner of Math Kangaroo 2021, and 4th place national winner of Math Kangaroo 2022.  Miana loves to share her learning experience on math.
