Summer Time CHESS!
ICEA will provide targeted training for scholastic players who are ready to reach the next level. Players will be grouped, based on age and skill level.
- Kids will be grouped based on their levels, A special “King’s” section is designed for those with an approximate minimum rating of 1000+ to 1400
- During this week-long intensive, participants will enjoy lectures, analysis, individual coaching, social play and more. Those in the full-day camp option will also have the opportunity to play in USCF-rated games.
- Players will be eligible to win prizes in daily contests!
- Appropriate relaxation activities and recreation will also be a part of each day.
- Players should bring snack(s) and a filled water bottle. Full-day participants should bring their lunch.
- Enrollment is premised on a first-come basis.

Approximate Daily Schedule:
• 9:00 – 10:30 Groupings, Daily Contest Announcement, Lesson / Analysis
• 10:30 – 12:00 Snack, Social Chess Play, Recreation and/or Individual Coaching
• 12:00 – 1:00 Lunch / Blitz Chess
• 1:00 – 3:00 USCF Rated Games (G/45, +5), Post-Mortem Game Review
• 3:00 Pick-up
Price:
• Full Day (9AM – 3PM): $500 / participant
• Morning Only (9AM – 12PM): $350 / participant
• Saturday Tournament Add-on:$25 $12.5 / participant (50% discount!)
